1. Absolute Confidentiality

Every piece of information a client shares is treated with absolute confidentiality — under professional and statutory responsibility (Article 23 of the Saudi Law Practice Regulation).

2. Independence

We provide our legal opinion with full independence, even when it is uncomfortable for the client. Our role is to state the truth — not to say what the client wishes to hear.

3. Conflict of Interest

We do not represent parties with opposing interests in the same matter. Every new case is checked against our existing files before acceptance.

4. Fee Honesty

Our fees are transparent from day one in the engagement letter. No hidden fees — no inflating complexity to increase invoices.

5. Respect for the Judiciary

We respect the Saudi judiciary and its rulings, and believe that disagreement with a ruling is addressed through appeal — not by questioning justice itself.

6. Advertising Integrity

We do not advertise specific case outcomes or claim guarantees. Every lawyer knows that judgments rest with the judiciary.

7. Social Role (Pro Bono)

We dedicate part of our time to those who cannot afford fees, in selected social-impact cases (Pro Bono).
